“ Lovely staff and place. But, considering the high prices, why is there a 5% service charge for staff? Don't the owners pay the staff well? Is this another situation the workers getting bare minimum while we pay top dollar and live in luxury? Food is good if you like fancy styles and small portions. I get concerned for staff in these places. ”
